King crab (Paralithoides Camchaticus) is one of the most exquisite and appreciated seafood in the world, both for its taste and quality, and for how difficult and dangerous it is to capture.
It is a crustacean that lives in waters near the Arctic Circle, in extreme weather conditions, native to the Bering Sea. But given its high value, the Soviet Union introduced it to the Murmansk Fjord in the Barents Sea in the 1960s to provide new catches. And in recent years it has spread throughout the coast of Norway.
Unlike other crabs, the king crab is characterized by its large size, which makes it also known as “giant red crab”.
Baptized as “red gold” because of the color it gets when cooked, at Buba we offer you authentic Barents Sea king crab, sourced directly from the coasts of Norway and Russia. It will be a real pleasure for your senses.
Despite its size, it has a fairly soft shell that allows you to remove all its loins and avoid losses easily. And at Buba Camarón we deliver it to you already cooked, so you only have to worry about tasting and enjoying it. It will conquer you.
To enjoy its exquisite meat even more, we offer it in a large piece of approximately 1'3Kg to 1.6Kg. It's worth a try, and if you've never done it, you don't know what you're missing.
