Once the order is requested, it will be prepared from BUBA CAMARÓN specifically for each client.
Orders will be collected at our facilities by a specialized cold transport company, so that the product arrives perfectly preserved at its destination.
Transportation in an isothermal vehicle to the destination delegation, which may be the final delivery in a courier van. The product is perfectly packaged in polystyrene boxes so that it arrives in optimal condition.
The products are shipped refrigerated, so they cannot be frozen again. The conservation time is 2 days in the refrigerator.
Shipments will be made to the address that the client has provided in the questionnaire provided on the web. It is important that all the requested data are covered and correctly. Buba Camarón is not responsible for shipments in which the customer has not provided the correct address.
The customer must ensure that there is someone at the address provided to receive the order. If this is not the case, the customer will have to bear the expenses incurred both for shipping and for ordering.
